It may seem impossible to you that you can ever overcome this. Or, you might be struggling with feelings of despair, suffering, confusion, fear, worry, and even anger. This is not unusual when tragedy occurs.

But even though you may feel alone in this storm, you are not. The Lord is with you. You are loved by him, and he cares about what is happening in your life. He hears your cries, he knows what you're going through. Furthermore, He understands.

The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. (Psalm 34:15)

You have His hand to guide you and His strength to support you in your times of sadness and uncertainty. There is no one who is beyond His reach.
